Return result of consistency and coherency check to avoid diagnosis calculation

ExquisiteOWLReasoner.consistencyCheck result value is a modified diagnosis model but does not return the result of the consistency and coherency check. This leads to not necessary diagnosis calculations which will always let to and empty result set of diagnoses for consistent and coherent ontologies.
