Redesign Layout for Original and Acquired Test Cases andTabbed View for Answer History

Differentiate between original test case and new, or acquired test cases that are given as answers by the expert during a debugging session.

Add a tabbed view for the answer history (currently its the view in the lower right section).

Additionally present the answers in a correct way - at the moment entailed and not entailed answers given in the same query are split up into two separate answers which is apparently wrong.
