Usability improvements

• Do not suggest to save the background ontology created for debugging purposes
• Create a progress window, e.g. a TODO list with checkmarks indicating finished steps, that notifies a user about the progress of a debugger. A sample list might include the following points:
  • computing diagnoses - 2 from 9
  • compute basic query
  • enrich query
