Generate anonymous ontologies only when starting new debugging sessions

.. and not when the tab is open.

This is necessary because anonymous ontologies are visible for the user and mysteriously appear when using the debugger tab.

The anonymous ontologies have to be removed when stopping the debugging sessions.
