Paging the set of possibly faulty axioms

For huge or very large ontologies like NCI's Thesaurus the current implemented solution of presenting all possibly faulty axioms at once in a long list is not applicable.

After loading such an ontology with the debugger tab open, Protege remains unresponsive because loading hundreds of thousends axioms lasts too long.

Therefore there should be presented at once just a restricted size n of axioms (e.g. n=100) and the user shall be able to move forward and backward in the set of sizes with stepsize n.
