Reactivation of Star Module Extraction

The evaluations of some ontologies with Pellet Reasoner (e.g. https://git-ainf.aau.at/interactive-KB-debugging/debugger/tree/Evaluation_Fall2016/owl-plugin/src/evaluation/resources/ontologies) showed that it is necessary for efficiency that star module extraction is re-activated again.
