Tool-tip at start of the debug session

Just as in most IDEs it would be nice to instruct a user at the start of the session, what is expected from her. For instance a picture showing a window with a text like: "You are starting the interactive debugging session. During this session the debugger might ask you a number of queries comprising one or more axioms. Please classify these axioms using "yes" if an axiom is correct and "no" if it is incorrect. In case you are not sure about the answer select a "question mark". After classification please submit you answer to the debugger. For more help, please visit ..."
