Recurring and duplicate queries

Prerequisites

• Protege 5.2.0
• Ontology Debugger 0.1.3.BETA
• Pellet Reasoner Plug-in 2.2.0 com.clarkparsia.protege.plugin.pellet-2.2.0.jar
• The ontology w3cPrimer.owl
• DEFAULT debugger preferences
• you must move all correct axioms to possibly faulty axioms prior starting the debugging session

The following happens:

In the 3rd query iteration you will get duplicate and recurring (previoiusly answered) queries. This is not the intended behaviour.
