Evaluation run from 23.12.2016 until 12.01.2017

DiagnoseSizes = {5, 10, 15, 20}; 5 Iterations Timeout 1h Reasoner HermiT and Pellet

The first 5 ontologies were run using HermiT reasoner and WITHOUT Module extraction The final 3 ontologies were run using Pellet reasoner and WITH Module extraction

Note that the evaluation had to be manually stopped after the first 5 ontologies on 02.01.2017 for ontologies/opengalen-no-propchainsmod.owl and ontologies/ctonmod.owl because there was no progress at all using HermiT and NO module extraction. These two ontologies have been evaluated in the second run (see next line).

The final 3 ontologies have been evaluated in a separate run from 10.01.2017 - 12.01.2017 using Pellet and WITH module extraction. There was an interruption in this second run too: the operation unexpectately restarted the PC running this evaluation, such that the missing part of the eval has been executed separately (therefore there are two csv which have been merged into one large csv).

The Evaluation has been run on a normal desktop PC running Windows 7 64-Bit Professional 16 GB RAM Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz (Sandy Bridge, 32 nm, 4 cores, 8 threads)
